Strengthscope is a strengths-based coaching practice that draws from positive psychology in the organisation or workplace. Helping to accurately discover strengths in a memorable, practical way.
Identifying and using strengths effectively to improve leader and team well-being, motivation, problem solving, collaboration and change management.
The coaching helps us understand where we may want to learn from others, connect with others or adopt new rhythms, habits and practices to support our day to day and help us grow and develop the way we work, the way we lead and the way we find time to recover and rest.
Significant strengths: The highest ranked strengths are ‘significant strengths’ - they indicate the things which give you the most energy and leave you feeling most excited, confident, and in a state of flow.
Energy drainers: The low-ranked strengths are ‘energy drainers’ - they give little in the way of energy and may leave you feeling drained if too many of these strengths are required.
Bubbling unders: It is important not to disregard those strengths with scores close to those of your “Significant 7” (strengths we refer to as “bubbling under”), as these could also be important energisers for you to lean on and utilise in some cases.
